“TA DA!” Diego held out his arms and did a sassy little spin. “Are you coming to see my first show?”
Leonardo took one look at what his brother was wearing. “I have a migraine,” he rubbed his eyes and walked back upstairs.
“Uhm,” Benita was at a loss for words. She glanced after her husband and wondered if she could get away with doing the same thing. But Diego’s sad face as his brother disappeared made her feel bad for him. “Alright,” she said. “I’ll go.”
It turned out to be a sunny afternoon at the park Diego picked. There were only two other people besides Benita herself and she wondered how this was going to work out for him. Diego battled an invisible wall and Benita rubbed her face in embarrassment for the both of them.
